Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Tatum Soho. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Shipping rates
We charge a flat $2.99 for shipping on every order, to every country. No surprises at checkout and no minimum spend.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days worldwide after your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to local carrier delays.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking updates to appear. You can check the latest status any time using the link in that email.

International orders
Duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping fee.

Delivery address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed while we confirm the correct details with you.

Failed or delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or your tracking has not updated in a while, reach out and we will look into it and make sure it gets sorted out for you.
